Itineraries

The Dukes and the Delta
As the locals will tell you, there is no better way to explore the beautiful Renaissance city of Ferrara, almost entirely closed to traffic, than by bike. We make our first stop at Ferrara's magnificently conserved, moated castle, from where the all-powerful d'Este family once exercised their rule over the city and surrounding territories. North of the castle, Corso Ercole I d'Este, the road named after Ercole I, leads all the way to the Porta degli Angeli and the city's impressive periphery...
Art, food and Ferrari
The road which, from Modena leads to Parma, via Reggio Emilia, offers travellers any number of pleasant surprises. A route which unites culture, history, art and gastronomy. We commence our journey at Maranello, 18kms south of Modena, town which has achieved cult status among motorcar enthusiasts. We start our tour of Maranello at the Ferrari Gallery, inaugurated in 1990, where to admire the various trophies and cups won by the Ferrari team over the years and the automobiles which have made...
Riviera Romagnola
Starting near the border of the Marche region, at Cattolica, this tour of the Riviera Romagnola follows the SS16 through a peaceful landscape. It is also of great interest to historians and archaeologists; coming to see sites such as Monte Castellano and Colombarone. The towns of the Riviera have much to offer visitors in terms of hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs, which are all near to bathing facilities....

The tour visits the towns and villages of both the plains of the river Po and the foothills of the Appenines; centres rich in art and history and famed for their gastronomic delights. You begin, 20 kilometres west of Parma, at Fontanellato. The town is built around the moated and fortified house of the Sanvitale family, one of the region's most...
