Villa La Castellaccia Sansepolcro

Villa la Castellaccia is a finely restored Tuscan residence set in the lush green countryside just beyond the medieval walls of Sansepolcro. Surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the Tiber valley, the villa dates back to the early 17th century, when it was built as sumptuous residence for the noble Aloigi Luzzi family, members of which still live in the edifice to this very day.

Villa La Castellaccia is divided in two separate wings. One is inhabited by the owners and has two guestrooms reserved for bed & breakfast accommodation only. The other is a completely independent unit, available for single let, and comprised of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen. Guests staying in the apartment are granted exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.

Each and every room in this splendid country residence has been individually appointed with exquisite items of antique furniture and family heirlooms, many of which have adorned the villa for centuries. The high ceilings are embellished with ornate frescoes painted by renowned Tuscan artists.
