San Luca Spoleto

Hotel San Luca, in situated in the historic town of Spoleto, close to the site of an ancient spring, known for the health inducing properties of its waters since medieval times. The hotel occupies an attractive building which, in the 19th century housed a tannery, skilfully restored and transformed in 4 star hotel by Paolo Zuccari who purchased the property in 1993.

The public rooms of this small, family owned and managed hotel are beautifully decorated with Venetian chandeliers, comfortable Frau armchairs, and authentic pieces of period furniture. The floors are tiled with traditional handmade Clarici cotto, typical of the Umbria region.

In the elegant dining room of the hotel restaurant, guests are presented with the finest cuisine, served at tables dressed with the highest quality Italian table linen and Sambonet cutlery.

The spacious bedrooms and suites of the Hotel San Luca, with views over the medieval town of Spoleto and the hotel's flower filled gardens, offer a full range of modern in-room amenities. Bathrooms are all decorated in Carrara marble. Whirlpool bathtubs feature in a number of the bathrooms.

In the charming courtyard of the hotel, adorned with a colourful display of sweet smelling camellias, hydrangeas, jasmines, and geraniums, guests relax or enjoy a coffee, refreshing drink or aperitif. Hotel San Luca has an attractive meeting room with a seating capacity for up to 90 guests.
