The cellars of the monastery have been expertly restored and converted in beautiful dining rooms. The relais Di Guido restaurant has been awarded a Michelin Star for its excellent regional cuisine prepared using only the very best, locally sourced ingredients.

Relais San Maurizio's Via del Sale Medical & Beauty Spa offers hotel guests a superb range of innovative wellness therapies. The complex's small church, with pictorial decorations dating back to the late 17th century, provides a quite unique exhibition area and function room.
