Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. Any cancellations made after this time or No-Show will be charged the 50% of the total amount.

Cooking Courses
Learn the culinary secrets of preparing delicious local food with our chef. We invite you to participate in classes which will enable you to impress friends with your acquired knowledge and skill. Groups are small to ensure the best learning environment and an interpreter will be present throughout. You will enjoy the fruits of your own labour at the end of the course and be presented with a certificate to treasure on your return home.
Wine Tasting
We also arrange excursions to the best wine cellars of Tuscany and Umbria where you can discover the traditions and history of the production of some of most noble Italian wines.
A bi-lingual guide will explain the art of making fine wine and you will of course have the opportunity to sample some of the best complemented by delicious local produce.
