The Park Hotel Villa Grazioli occupies a stunning 16th century villa surrounded by extensive parkland and Italian garden in Frascati, near Rome, on a hilltop which affords spectacular views of both the eternal city and the Tyrrhenian sea.

Existing documentation demonstrates that the villa was commissioned by Cardinal Carafa and completed in 1580. A succession of cardinals and aristocratic families resided in the villa over the centuries until 1843 when the Duke Pio Grazioli acquired the property. The villa remained in the Grazioli family for over a century. After decades of post war abandon, the villa was purchased by the Company Villa Grazioli who carried out extensive restoration work concerning both the villa and the gardens and transformed the estate in 4 star hotel.

Behind the elegant façade of the Park Hotel Villa Grazioli, one finds great salons adorned from floor to ceiling and beyond, with a series of breathtaking frescoes by 17th and 18th century artists such as Augusto Ciampelli, painters of the Bologna School and Gian Paolo Pannini.
