In order to create an additional link between the hotel of today and the building of the past, skilled artisans have been employed so as to create accurate reproductions of pieces of furniture found in the 11th century palazzo. The hotel has 48 spacious guestrooms and suites decorated with furniture inspired by local traditions and exclusively designed for the Hotel Caruso. The vast majority of rooms have terraces with sea views. A number of rooms also have gardens.

The menus of the Caruso Restaurant are inspired by the finest Neapolitan and regional Italian culinary traditions. The best Mediterranean cuisine and the finest wine combine with the stunning sea views to offer a truly exquisite gastronomic experience. The Belvedere Restaurant, situated in the grounds of the hotel in the vicinity of the 11th century colonnade, offers al fresco dining with 360° panoramic views. Pizzas cooked in the traditional wood burning oven and other light snacks are served at the bar on the poolside of Hotel Caruso's fabulous infinity swimming pool.
