General Terms and Conditions for Individual Guests 2008

Bookings cconfirmation

The reservation must be confirmed by letter, fax or e-mail by Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria within the next 48 hours from your request. All reservations must be guaranteed with an advance deposit of one-night. Advance deposit can be settled with cheque or will be charged to the credit car. For reservations of Junior Suites and Suites for 3 nights or more, a 50% advance deposit of entire stay booked will be requested and charged to the credit card.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations no cancelled within the following terms are subject to cancellation fees:

for reservations in between December 22, 2007 to January 3, 2008
and from May 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008

- In case of cancellation until 21 days prior arrival date, no charges will apply and advance deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation from 20 to 10 days prior arrival date, 1 night advance deposit will not be refunded and a fee up to the 50% of entire stay booked including the advance deposit will be charged on credit card.
- In case of cancellation from 9 days prior arrival date and until arrival day and/or in case of no-show, 1 night advance deposit will not be refunded and a fee up to the 80% of entire stay booked including the advance deposit will be charged on credit card.

for other periods from January 4, 2008 to April 30, 2008
and from November 1, 2008 to December 21, 2008

- In case of cancellation until 7 days prior arrival date, no charges will apply and advance deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation from 6 days prior arrival date and until arrival day and/or in case of no-show, 1 night fee. Advance deposit will not be refunded.

Reduction of length of stay
For any shortening in length of stay one night charge will automatically incur. For Junior Suites or Suites you may be liable to pay the total number of nights reserved.

Check in time from 03:00pm
Check out time at 11:00am

Late Check out
- Up to 4 p.m., only in the low season and subjected to availability.
- From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., 50% of room rate will be charged as late check out
- After 8 p.m., full rate will apply
