Immersed in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, the Foresteria Il Giardino di Fontarronco is situated just a ten minute journey by car from the Medieval town of Arezzo and less than an hour's drive away from the famous Italian cities of Florence and Siena.

A masterly restored 18th century manor house, the Foresteria Il Giardino di Fontarronco has been transformed in fabulous country guest lodge with 10 unique apartments, stylishly furnished with antique and classic Tuscan furniture. The outbuildings of this ancient farmstead all date back to the early 19th century.

Of these, the stables have been skilfully transformed in restaurant, where superb traditional Tuscan dishes and wines are served. The large patio area overlooking the gardens and fruit orchards provides a delightful outside dining room during the warm summer months. From late spring to early autumn guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool situated in the gardens of the property.

A fine selection of wines are housed in the old cellar of the Foresteria Il Giardino di Fontarronco, from Chianti to Brunello di Montalcino and other highly acclaimed Super Tuscans. Guests should not miss the opportunity to sample some of the estate's own wine production, including the full bodied red Tenorio della Foresteria, and the wonderfully sweet Vin Santo desert wine.
A small quantity of high quality olive oil is obtained from the Foresteria Il Giardino di Fontarronco's olive groves.
