Hotel Costantinopoli 104 is located in the heart of the historic city of Naples, a unique urban retreat situated in a late 19th century Villa and surrounded by gardens of shady palm trees.

The villa was built on the site of an old monastic complex by the Marchese Spinelli, member of the local aristocracy whose family crests still adorn the façade of Hotel Costantinopoli 104 and the stone archway through which guests gain access to the garden and the hotel's charming swimming pool.

Built in Art Nouveau style, the recently restored villa conserves great part of its original architectural and decorative features such as the polychrome stained glass windows and antique marble fireplace. The lounge is adorned with numerous fine artworks and original furnishings all of which once belonged to the villa's former proprietors.

Hotel Costantinopoli 104 has individually appointed bedrooms and suites, a number of which open out on to the flower decked terrace where guests take breakfast in warm weather. All rooms are equipped with satellite television and free internet connection. Within the villa, there is an elegant, and extremely versatile function room suitable for both business meetings and stylish evening events, and with a seating capacity for 50 guests.
