From its fabulous position on the hillside of the Tronto river valley, the Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi enjoys breathtaking views extending from the snow capped peaks of the Sibillini Mountains and the Gran Sasso to the shimmering waters of the Adriatic sea.

The oldest part of Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi was constructed in the middle ages when, what is now the Relais Villa, served as a fortress. The San Pancrazio Cottage and the other recently restored buildings of the Borgo, dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries, are all situated within the medieval perimeter walls.
Ludwig Winter, the illustrious 19th century German landscape designer, was the man responsible for the creation of the Borgo's wonderful subtropical gardens.

Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi has a total of just 10 suites reserved for guests, all decorated with authentic pieces of period furniture and beautiful artworks. Duplex suites, comprised of bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, and kitchenette are situated in the San Pancrazio Cottage, whilst a further 5 suites are located in the Relais Villa.

At the hotel's "La Quintana" restaurant clients are treated to excellent Italian cuisine, including a number of traditional local dishes. Same-day-fresh ingredients from the estate's kitchen gardens provide the basis for the deliciously light meals served at the Borgo's Coffee House. During the summer season, the poolside provides a splendid al fresco venue where to enjoy a tasty buffet lunch.

For those guests wishing to improve of maintain their fitness levels whilst on vacation, Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi, provides a wellness facility complete with exercise bike, Swedish wall bars, sauna and swimming pool.

In buildings originally used as riding stables, an attractive multifunctional space has been created where to host small scale business meetings or social events.
