Dating back to the 19th century, the building features marvellous original terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden roof beams. This intimate Relais & Chateaux property contains a number of charming public rooms including the grand salon, library, billiard and card room all of which furnished with exquisite pieces of period furniture and adorned with authentic Italian masterpieces from the owner's private art collection, including priceless works by Canaletto and Attardi.

Borgo Paraelios's 18 guest bedrooms and junior suites are all sumptuously decorated with large brass beds, romantic floral print textiles and period furniture.
