Arosea Life Balance Hotel Santa Valburga

Arosea Life Balance Hotel is situated in Santa Valburga, in the Val d'Ultimo, valley which, to the south west, comprises the mountainous slopes of Merano. Extensive vineyards and fruit orchards merge into the lush meadows; a stunning environment in which to revel in the close contact with nature. In the colder months of the year, the landscape transforms in to a snow-covered paradise where to partake in every genre of winter sport.
The largest town in the vicinity is that of San Pancrazio, situated at the entrance to the Val d'Ultimo, at an altitude of some 736 meters. This attractive town is home to a number of important buildings such as the Parish Church, the 14th century Chapel of San Sebastiano, the ruins of the Eschenlohe Castle, and the "casetta sul sasso", the sole house to have survived the flooding of the Valsura, thanks to its position, perched on the top of an enormous rock.
